wordpress ccavenue communcation doesnt seem to exist

  • Query 1 : Am using ccavenue iframe integration. Once I key in card details and click on “make payment” user is redirected to a blank page which circles for a while and then redirected to bank pages. The whole purpose of iframe is not to have a ccavenue hop in between my site’s checkout page and the bank page. Please let me know how to get rid of this intermediate ccavenue blank circling processing page? This is why I asked if ajax call is available? If not , how to come over this blank processing page.

    Query 2 : Once I key in card details and click on “cancel” user is redirected to a blank page which circles for a while and then redirected to my site. My question is when am cancelling the payment, why does it even take the user to ccavenue blank processing page? This is a bad user experience. Rather, I want the user back to cart.

    Query 3 : I see that the order status in wordpress changes from ‘Pending payment’ to ‘Processing’ as soon as the payment is successful. But I want to wait till the order is captured. So , need an intermediate status as “On hold”. So that order changes from “On hold” to “Processing” ONLY when an order is captured/confirmed in ccavenue.

    Query 4: I would like to if there is way to confirm/capture order from wordpress instead of doing it in ccavenue dashboard.
    Query 5: Also, I see that even if I confirm/capture/cancel an order in ccavenue account, its not reflected in wordpress.
