WordPress Child Pages? REQUEST

Hello. Im Caitlin and I was wondering if wordpress could actually create an option to hide your child pages on your menu but put a link to another page, for example like this sites links.
https://www.jojosite.starszz.com/domain.html
And also make a option to hide cateoories?

Who else thinks so?
Im trying to get them to make wordpress better. =]
