    I can’t get this to deactivate the wordpress.com Toolbar. It is very hard to edit the site with this in the way. Anyone know why it will not turn off.

    The link you mentioned was what I intended to point you to.

    Ask Jetpack support for help as there is a couple of reasons (like single sign-on) that might affect that also.

    Also, make sure your client’s site isn’t being hosted at WP com’s VIP or business hosting.

    I once onboarded a new client with a plugin problem who was hosted on VIP over there. I had never heard of VIP WP.com at that time.

    Thanks, I am reaching out to Jetpack now. I hate WP.com for hosting – if it isn’t; ablog then they have no clue. I will let you know if I solve it.
