WordPress comments are not displaying

Native WP comments showing and if I use other plugins they are showing too, but with your plugin wp comments are not showing. Look at my site here: https://www.leanhealthyandwise.com/how-diet-and-exercise-reverse-leptin-resistance
There are actually 4 WP comments there but they are nor displaying. I have no error messages.
Pls let me know what is wrong.
