WordPress Comments Don't Get Posted

UPDATE: The problem I appear to be having is with the WP comment system and not your plugin. Sorry for the noise.
I had everything working, but then (silly me) I made some other plugin additions, including Jetpak. It took a day before I realized if I tried to add a WP comment, all went normally, event the message that the comment was being added, but nothing after that.
Are there any known conflicts that might cause this? I figured I’d ask before going through the process of deactivating everything and trying to find the problem that way.
One other minor (for me) issue. Disqus doesn’t work, even though I checked the setting a number of times.
