WordPress comments not showing after wordpress 4.1 update

  • I have updated my wordpress to 4.1 today and since then I am facing this issue of Comments not showing on the blog. I can see the comment count after the post but no comments after that..

    I am able to see comments in the WordPress dashboard and also on Mobile with Wptouch plugin.

    I am not using any plugin for Comments.

    Can anybody help me resolve this issue. I am stuck! ??

    Forgot to mention these deatils :

    My blog link is https://beautyandmakeupmatters.com and I am using Thesis theme 1.8.5

    Have you tried clearing your caching plugin? And your browser cache?

    If that doesn’t fix it, try deactivating your plugins to see if any are causing that. IF that doesn’t fix it, try leaving them off and switching to a default theme (twentyfifteen) to see if it’s a theme problem.

    Thanks for your suggestion, I just tried everything you mentioned here and it seems to be a theme issue as the comments are showing when switching to default theme.

    can you please suggest what can i do to resolve this issue?

    Since that’s a commercial theme, I’d suggest asking on the thesis support – I think that version is getting a bit outdated so you may need to update it.

    Also 1.x in general is a fairly old framework. Have you considered a full upgrade to Thesis 2? granted that means a bit more work than the usual upgrade process but is hella worth it imho.
