WordPress compile error

Wordpress alerted me to the following error: “An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 19 of the file /home/serenah1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/loginizer-security/Base32.php. Error message: Cannot declare class Base32, because the name is already in use.”

When I head to the plugin user page, it says: “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
