Your plugins is creating a conflict with CF7 core plugin which prevents the forms from being submitted, there are other discussions on the web about this here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47093598/wordpress-contact-form-7-stuck-sending-contact-form
Clue: One suggested fix is to set the ‘WPCF7_LOAD_JS’ variable to ‘false’, which by default I believe is set to “true” so forms can behave more ajax-y: https://contactform7.com/loading-javascript-and-stylesheet-only-when-it-is-necessary/
