WordPress Contact Form (I am using avada theme of them fusion)

I wonder why i cant save anything in worpress contact form….

when I create new form, after adding form element then click the “save form” the form element i add all gone and in the upper part under “Edit Form” there a “0” appear and i don’t know what mean’s.

by the way my theme is “Avada” from theme fusion.
