WordPress Cookies and Subdomain login to WP issue

I’ve set up a Sub Domain on my Server, where I already run 3 WP Sites that work fine and can be accessed with no problems locally by me.

The actual user account is valid as I’ve seen a Server Support Guy access it, and indeed I accessed it once, yesterday and began setting up a Theme and some plugins. However, it seemed to time out because whilst updating it, I was faced with a 50% bar which went on for ages, that I refreshed and then it asked me to login again. I couldn’t as you will see what happened in this short video clip.

I’ve set up to use all cookies and also set up to block 3rd party but allow the URL to use Cookies. I don’t know what’s going on and wondered if anyone has a clue here really?
