WordPress could not establish a secure connection

I setup a WordPress on AWS cloud and I am using static IP to access wp-admin. After WordPress installation I am getting errors like “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. (WordPress could not establish a secure connection to www.ads-software.com) “.

I have checked Curl is installed properly and working fine.
