WordPress Crash?! Please help

  • I have been using WP for about two months. Today, as I was trying to publish a post I get these errors everywhere. Please tell me how to fix…

    WordPress database error: [Can't open file: 'wp_posts.MYI' (errno: 145)]
    SELECT ID, post_title FROM wp_posts WHERE post_status = 'publish' AND post_date_gmt < '2006-09-13 21:06:29' ORDER BY post_date DESC LIMIT 5
    WordPress database error: [Can't open file: 'wp_posts.MYI' (errno: 145)]
    SELECT ID, post_title, post_date_gmt FROM wp_posts WHERE post_status = 'publish' AND post_date_gmt > '2006-09-13 21:06:29' ORDER BY post_date ASC

  • Don’t post here.
    If you have “numbered” database error, the first thing to do – contact your host.

    Just to be clearer, by “don’t post here”, moshu meant “we can’t really help you, as the problem is your mysql data file — generally any ‘numbered’ mysql error is something you’d have to talk to your hosting technical support about.”
