    Hi,

Can you be more specific about the error? Did you get a 500 server error or a PHP error or warning?

Can you please login with FTP and see if there is any Error Log and copy the entries?

What are the PHP and WordPress versions being used?

    Thanks

Hi, thank you for quick response!

    We use:
    WordPress 5.7.2
    PHP 7.4 opcache

The only error information we get was the only phrase that critical error has occurred.
If you need any server logs, please, instruct me where I can find it for you.
    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks.

We checked but cannot duplicate the error.

So, you got an email but when you went to the site was there anything wrong?

Please log in to your website using an FTP client like Filezilla. In the root of the site (usually under public_html folder) there should be a file named error_log without any extension. If you download that and open in a text editor you will see the log entries.

In some hosts this may need to be enabled or the file location different. In that case, you have to ask the hosting support.

I have asked my hosting provider for help with finding logs.
For now I have a letter generated by WordPress with some more information about error, hope, it will help you:

Thank you! That is very helpful. It seems like a conflict with a specific plugin. We will fix the conflict and release a new version very soon.
