WordPress CRM, Invoicing, and QuickBooks

We’re looking to sync up Quickbooks with our web site, which runs WordPress. We’re aware that there are numerous plug-ins available to sync WordPress/WooCommerce to QuickBooks. However, I think what we’re looking for is a bit different/more than the typical WordPress + WooCommerce + QuickBooks sync.

We are a service business that accepts orders throughout the month; on the first of the following month, we send out a single invoice/statement per client that sums up all charges incurred in the month prior. Historically, this has been done by hand inside of Excel, printed the invoice to PDF, and emailed.

Historically, our customer relationship management has been accomplished by email. This has served us well enough, but now we are growing and need to automate and streamline. Therefore, we’re looking for a WordPress plugin (or set of plugins that play well together) to help us with CRM + Monthly Invoicing.

Can anyone recommend a plugin or group of plugins to use that meets our needs?
