set_post_thumbnail_size( 665, 435, true );
then change it to
set_post_thumbnail_size( 800, 533, true );
And it is still blurry

Also if you check the post page the featured image is slightly blurry too

The images were uploaded from hi-res images bought off shutterstock or elsewhere.
