WordPress customizer does not work after manual update to 4.7

  • Hello guys,

    I have problem with wordpress customizer. Today I am updated manually wordpress to version 4.7.14. After update does not work wordpress customizer. When I turn it on then I can see only clean light-grey page and menu at the left side (widgets and theme selection). I can not click on anaything at menu.

    BTW my theme is mediacenter.

  • You have a professional theme from themeforest. You should check with their support. The onsite documentation says it runs under wordpress 5.2

    I think there is problem in WordPress, not in theme. Thats the reason why I am asking here and not at themeforest.

    Your version of wordpress version is 4.7 the current version is 5.2 was there a reason for updating to version 4.7 ?
