I installed and activated the plugin. I got a token from the official website after signing up. I got the images I wanted in the media library. But when I tried to open: Appearance -> Customize, it didn’t load. It threw the error displaying:

“This page could not be found!
We are sorry. But the page you are looking for is not available.
Perhaps you can try a new search.”

I changed the theme, reset the WordPress core file but didn’t get the result. Then I deactivated all the plugins and activated one by one and then I found that this plugin is causing serious issue with the customize option.

Please look into it as the plugin is very good and want to keep it activated. But it conflicts with the customize option, therefore, I have to deactivate to access the customize option. It can’t be done again and again so please find a proper solution.

I tried with 2 themes so far, but I don’t see any issue, I will inspect the source code to see if there are problems, but would you mind sharing what theme you use?

I am using OceanWP theme. I deactivated and used some other theme as well but it didn’t work for me. Please check with OceanWP theme as well.

Tried both the plugin enabled/disabled.

@vishalmajumdar I emailed you there, in the meantime I noticed something odd in the customizer source file, which could have been problematic. I implemented a quick fix and that is now live. But I wasn’t able to replicate, so I am not sure.
