WordPress Dashboard is just a list of links, that don’t go to anything

I recently migrated a really old wordpres to a new site file that can handle all the new php, etc.. I had to go through some stuff to get the wordpress updated with my host provider, but it was working fine. I was updating all the pages, everything is good. Then I go into the dashboard today, and it is just a long list of the different word press items in the simplest raw html looking way possible, stacked on top of each other. I wish I could upload a photo, so you can see what it looks like. I disabled all of my plugins, and it is still showing that way in the dashboard.
