WordPress dashboard no longer visible

I think the latest update of the plugin might have caused this problem. I can’t see the WordPress dashboard any more.

To try to resolve this, I deleted the supercache plugin and everything related to it (see section under ‘manual instal’ at https://en-au.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-super-cache/)

I have deleted the wp-content/wp-cache-config.php file + renamed the pluggable.php as pluggable-NOTWORKING.php. The error message should have changed, but it has not!

Despite that I’m still getting this error message at the dashboard https://www.sabhlokcity.com/wp-admin/ (and dashboard is not visible).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
