WordPress dashboard not displaying all products

I understand that not all products are showing on your site as per this screenshot.

Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

I have tried disabling everything and changing the theme but that has not worked.

I understand that the issue still persists even after switching to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled, hence, the requested information above were provided.

Checking the System Status Report, these are what I found:

You are using an outdated version of WooCommerce, we are already running version 7.5.1. Please update WooCommerce first.

Pending: 74

There are a lot of pending tasks on your site. Please run them manually by going to WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions > Pending.

As for the fatal error logs, these are pointing to the Code Snippets plugin. Please try to disable custom codes one by one to see which one is causing the issue here.

Additionally, please also clear the following transients below under WooCommerce > Status > Tools:

• WooCommerce transients
• Expired transients

Lastly, please have your host purge the site cache. On your end, please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito mode and see if this works?

Please could you provide clarity on the following:

• Do you recall any changes/updates made to the site prior to noticing this issue?
• Do these missing products still display on the front end of the site or are they completely gone?
• Were these products added manually or were they imported?

Please confirm that the missing products are not in the drafts or trash folder:

Also, can you navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

• WooCommerce transients – Clear
• Expired transients – Clear

Next, please clear your browser cache and then check the product page again.
