• Hi,

after installing and activating Google Analytics Dashboard, the WordPress Dashboard Sections are not editable any more: The Sections cannot be moved or reduced/expanded. Also the items on top (Option and Help) are not opening.

Right after deactivating GADWP, the WordPress Dashboard is working again.

Is there a solution for this issue existing?
    Wordpress 4.0, Plugin 4.3.3

    Thanks for help.

  • Most probably there is a JS error. You can use CTRL+SHIFT+I in Chrome or Firefox to open the inspector. In console you should see the error that’s causing the issue. Post it/them here, if you have one or more errors.

EDIT: You should first check the Google Analytics -> General Settings -> Debugging Data -> Last Error.

I checked the Debugging Data -> Last Error. It is “N/A”
JS Error in Firefox Console only shows “TypeError: e is undefined” for every time I try to open or move a panel.

Okay, but you have to give some more details, in the right side of that error there is a path, containing the file in which the error has occurred and also, if you click that error the debugger will jump to the line where the error occurs.

At this point it may be a dashboard widget using an outdated jquery library, a browser extension causing some issues, an ad blocking extension and so on.
