wordpress dashboard not working

my site was working good but now i am facing 500 – Internal server error. this error showing on my blog post as well as every where in admin dashboard . i have tried to raname my htacces plugins folder also increase memory limit but not solved yet this probllem ,please help me to solve this problmem as well as my site and dashboard also moving very .
