WordPress dashboard still unformatted and not working after upgrading manually

    Hi

    My dashboard has suddenly stopped appearing correctly. It looks like there is no style. I have searched the threads for the same problem and users have said to reinstall WordPress which I have had to do manually through FTP as the Dashboard is not functional. It still appears the same way after the new install. I am not sure where to go from here?

    In addition to that my shopping cart has suddenly stopped working too. Users can’t add anything to the shopping cart. I am not sure if this is related. The shopping cart is Woocommerce and the website is https://www.vanillahippo.com

    I was hoping to get my dashboard back first before I start trouble shooting the cart.

    If anyone could assist I would greatly appreciate your advice.
