WordPress database error

Just installed fresh today but cannot create a new quiz. When I hit save I get a wordpress database error: column count does not match value count at row 1. It happens too fast to grab the text, but it looks like in your insert query there are 5 values after the now() and there should be 6. So without typing the whole query, I see name, description, final_screen, added_on, randomize, single_page, show_answers, require_login, notify_admin, randomize_answers. And in the values I have (three long text values), now(), 0,0,1,0,0)
