    Hi,

    WordPress and WooCommerce are the latest versions and updates, but this error is recorded in error.log
    Please advise

    WordPress database error Commands out of sync; you can't run this command now for query SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM chemla_options made by shutdown_action_hook, do_action('shutdown'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, Automattic\WooCommerce\Blocks\Assets\Api->update_script_data_cache, set_transient, update_option

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Looking at the shared error messages, it is possible a command is not correctly executed.

    This could be due to several reasons, however, here’s what I would recommend:

    1. Create a full back up of your site.
    2. Run a conflict test to rule out any possible plugin/theme conflicts. You can find detailed steps to running a conflict test?here.
    3. Ensure all your plugins/themes are up-to-date.
    4. Ensure your database version matches with that of your WooCommerce version.

    Please try the aforementioned steps and let us know how it goes.

    Hi, I did what you said
    But there is still an error

    MySQL Version : 5.7.33-cll-lve
    WooCommerce database version: 9.2.3

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
