• I have a site hosted on Siteground and after migration from WP engine to Siteground, i am facing 500 internal errors in Admin dashboard. I tried to figure this out a lot but i didnot get any information why this errors is happening and there is also no support from Siteground’s support team. To check this issue, i have enabled debug log.

    Today, i have noticed that there is a new error in Debug log and that error is

    WordPress database error Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction for query UPDATE wp_ABC_actionscheduler_actions SET attempts = attempts+1, status='in-progress', last_attempt_gmt = '2021-05-04 15:26:26', last_attempt_local = '2021-05-04 08:26:26' WHERE action_id = 136556 made by do_action('wp_ajax_nopriv_as_async_request_queue_runner'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, WP_Async_Request->maybe_handle, ActionScheduler_AsyncRequest_QueueRunner->handle, do_action('action_scheduler_run_queue'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, ActionScheduler_QueueRunner->run, ActionScheduler_QueueRunner->do_batch, ActionScheduler_Abstract_QueueRunner->process_action, ActionScheduler_DBStore->log_execution

    Can somebody tell me how can i fix this issue.

    Thanks
    Sajid

    This isn’t a WordPress issue. You should contact the WooCommerce support team for assistance with their Action Scheduler plugin.
