WordPress database error Duplicate entry

Hello,

I just had to fix a very strange issue happened with wp-cerber on my website tonight.

CONFIGURATION:
– WP 4.9.1
– NGINX latest with PHP-FPM FastCGI Cache (PHP v7.1.11)
– WP Cerber latest (as of today)
