WordPress database error Table 'somethinghere_blc_filters' does

The plugin won’t work correctly on the site and it fills up the server space by making the error_log sooo big.

Here is the recent line from error_log:
[18-Dec-2012 03:17:51] WordPress database error Table 'sitename_wpdisingle.wp_dtw2832_blc_filters' doesn't exist for query SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM wp_dtw2832_blc_filters; made by require_once('wp-load.php'), require_once('wp-config.php'), require_once('wp-settings.php'), do_action('init'), call_user_func_array, blc_init, blcDatabaseUpgrader::upgrade_database, blcDatabaseUpgrader::make_schema_current, blcTableDelta::delta

I think the issue is that it converted the wordpress prefix to lowercase. The actual prefix being used is wp_Dtw2832 and not wp_dtw2832.
