WordPress default audio player doesn’t work on mobile and tablet

  • WordPress default audio player doesn’t work on mobile and tablet.

    Not problem using Pc and Laptop.

    Any ideas how to fix it?

  • When I call up your page, it doesn’t work on the desktop either. The reason seems to be a problem with the optimisation of the page by WP Rocket. Deactivate this plugin as a test. If everything works then, you should contact WP Rocket support to clarify the problem.

    Yeah, I don’t see that one at all. Instead, I see in the JavaScript console that the function for displaying the player is causing an error – which is the reason why I don’t see it.

    A screenshot of the missing player would only be a white area ??

    The fact that you can still see the player on the desktop is because you are logged in and WP Rocket does not optimise the source code if you are logged in. Open the page in a private browser window and you will see that the player does not work there either.

    Hence my advice above: Deactivate WP Rocket.

    ok. I understand. i need WP Rocket to improve the website performance. I think replacing the WordPress default audio player with an audio player plugin like audio igniter that works with WP Rocket. thanks

    Or you can clarify this with the WP Rocket support that you bought with the plugin. They are actually quite fit ??
