WordPress default avatar to have priority?

Hi,
I’m using wordpress social login for all signups. It get’s all the data from social network including display picture. But after installing ultimate member, it’s showing UM default picture for all users.
How can i prioritize default WordPress avatar as UM picture unless user change the picture from UM, then it can override the default wordpress avatar.
