WordPress device preview as toolbar?

I’ve searched for a plugin, JS, and cant find anything.
I want to create a toolbar, that has 3 buttons with device previews. Is there a way of using the device preview function built into wordpress when not logged in?
I.e. is there any way I can let my website visitors press a button etc, that somehow uses the in-built function to display the webpage on desktop, tablet and mobile?

This is best done with the inspector tools built into the browsers.
Learn to use the Chrome Developer Tools or Firefox Developer Tools to help you see and test changes to your CSS.
