WordPress Display on 1 Network Site

REALLY weird problem!

I have about 18 network sites on my multisite installation, all running the same theme (Parabola).

Since yesterday 1 of my sites seems to have suddenly stopped rendering/loading correctly in CHROME (lots of black squares which only reveal after hover over, or the actual post text doesn’t load).

Here’s a screenshot of what I get:

The same issue occurs on Chrome for ios.

Site affected: Ruislip.townvoice.co.uk

Sample site unaffected: raunds.townvoice.co.uk

Steps taken so far:

1. Cleared W3 Total Cache
2. Disabled W3 Total Cache (also deactivating MaxCDN)
3. Removed all Widgets
4. Reset plugins folder

The site seems to load ok in Internet Explorer, just not Chrome. Since all the base code is the same across the network I have no idea why just this single site would be affected???
