wordpress Does not update photo tags

    I work with two sessions of wordprees, one for writing and the other for uploading images. I upload the image in the second session and type ‘The’ alt ‘tag of the image. I upload the image in the second session. But when editing the ‘alt’ in the second session and updating the first session, editing the image does not show ‘the updated alt’. It is happening to me since the last wordpress update.
