WordPress E-Z Backup 4.4

I have downloaded this plugin and activated it. I’m ready to configure it, but I can’t find any link to form where I am suppose to make the appropriate settings to do this. How do I get from my Dashboard to this form where I am to make these settings? I have the “readme.txt” for this plugin, but that doesn’t give the details for this step, or I don’t understand them. This guide does tell me to “Go to your newly installed plugin menu labeled EZ Backup & Configure your plugin”, but I don’t know where to find this “menu”. Some simple directions for this step would be helpful. Thanks.
