wordpress email notification "from" value?

Hi I’m having trouble with the email notifications
Im having a hard time finding an answer so I thought i’d ask
at one point my site was named britfit , I’ve changed the name and now when I receive wordpress notifications they are coming from “britfit” from [email protected].
does anyone know where I can change the default sender’s name to something else other then britfit. I have looked through the settings but can’t figure it out.
