WordPress Email Notification Plugin v2.3.1

Has anybody else who uses this plugin noticed that after upgrading WP to version 2.1.1 that you can no longer send email notification as html? Just wondering because after I upgraded WP to version 2.1.1, when sending the email notification, you can only see the html code.
