WordPress error after reloading wp-includes and wp-admin

Hello, I run a multisite version of WordPress 3.0.1 on GoDaddy Hosting, and upload via Filezilla(latest copy).
Here is my first error:
Warning: require(D:\Hosting\6409589\html/wp-includes/load.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\Hosting\6409589\html\wp-settings.php on line 19Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘D:\Hosting\6409589\html/wp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.;C:\php5\pear’) in D:\Hosting\6409589\html\wp-settings.php on line 19
It appeared after I reuploaded fresh copies of wp-includes and wp-admin folders as recommended by a sticky post on the support forums regarding my other problem which is-
The uploads configuration section of my media options was completely missing.
