WordPress Error Message

Hello,

I am getting the following error message

Warning: require(./wp-blog-header.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/23/8690023/html/v1/index.php on line 17

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required './wp-blog-header.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/23/8690023/html/v1/index.php on line 17

Yesterday I attempted to move this to the root and this was the message I received and then somewhere along the line this occurred. Originally, all was OK until the move took place.

FYI – this site is in a shared hosting environment on Godaddy

Any help diagnosing is much appreciated.
