    Hey ??

    I have set up my automated emails.

    But when I click on ‘preview’ it returns me an error: No order found

    And I’m not able to see the emails that will go to my customers.

    Moreover, the emails too are not being sent.

    Let me know what the issue could be.

    Hi @onesoftindiana,

    This usually means that Noptin is unable to find an order to display in the preview.

    What type of email are you trying to preview? Is there any order on your site that matches the conditions of the email that Noptin can use to generate the preview?

    For example,

    If you’re setting up an order cancelled email then Noptin won’t show a preview unless there’s a cancelled order on your site that it can use to render the preview.

    I actually placed an order first but didn’t receive any emails.

    I have set emails to go when a particular product is ordered.

    I’m still not able to reproduce this on my test site. Is the product a variable product? Also are you placing the order via your site’s checkout or are you manually marking an order as complete?

    Got it sorted out, there was actually no order that matched the criteria I had set. I had set emails to go out on ‘order complete’ but my orders were ‘on processing’. Once I manually set them on complete the email preview and emails started to work.
