wordpress feed problem and errors

hi guys,
I’m running WP on windows server under xampp, and while entering my control panel on admin, I’m getting the following probles:
Warning: strpos() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in C:\xampp\htdocs\wp-includes\class-simplepie.php on line 13502

Warning: substr() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in C:\xampp\htdocs\wp-includes\class-simplepie.php on line 13504

RSS:? A feed could not be found at https://wph.co.il/feed

I assume the following errors related to my Rss feed since the feed page gives my 404 not found i.e. https://www.pkama.com/feed/ isn’t found

Has anyone have an idea how to fix the above issues?
