    I am using this plugin for my all websites. But today I have recived notice form my hosting company as

  • All the files in the “/uploads/sucuri/” directory are part of the cache, security logs, settings and additional data that the plugin stores. The plugin writes to those files every day. For example, every time the plugin detects a failed login it writes the information in the “sucuri-failedlogins.php” file. Every time you change the plugin’ settings it writes the information into “sucuri-settings.php” and so on with the other files.

    To answer your question: Yes, they are required changes.
