wordpress files are accessing by hackers

    Hi,
    I have installed and using latest 4.7.2 version of wordpress for my all web sites about 20. But all sites are hacked on version 4.2.1 and i have updated to 4.7.2 even now for fresh websites also hackers are doing changes on my code files. How they are doing this and how can i overcome this problem. Any help !!!!!!!!

    Remain calm and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

    Thanks for the response sir!

    I’m following those things and currently i’m using iTheme Security plugin for DB backup and to alert me. So this plugin only alerting me for the file changes and any other security issues. So that i’m removing all of those uloaded files and doing many more actions.

    Just to note that the iThemes Security plugin or any other plugin cannot resolve a hacked installation. They are only meant to be preventative plugins.
