WordPress for Commercial Purpose (SaaS)?

    I am planning to build commercial subscription-based (SaaS) social media site (wiki, blog, RSS, & social network) for enterprises.

    Basically, I want to use wordpress (GPL license), other open source
    software (GPL license) such as Apache, MySQL etc, and write a custom code on top of that to meet my needs (social network similar to LinkedIn
    but without modifying open source. What I understood from GPL is my derivative work (custom code) is protected from others and I dont need to distribute it? or Am I violating any licenses?
