I want to create a form on my wordpress website in which i will be asking 5 questions to all my users for an event.
The responses to the form should be editable by the users till a specific date.
How to go about it?

you could use social polls by opinionstage But then your requirement “response to form to be editable till specific date” would’nt be fullfilled. May be you would be needed to get such a plugin customly written from some dev or may be you could give a try with an LMS plugin.
