WordPress Fresh Install Dashboard Not Working

Disabling script concatenation shouldn’t be required just to access the Dashboard, It’s only necessary if more complicated things like the Site Editor are ignoring input (as in the concatination of those vast scripts are too much for the server to process).

So, that tells me there’s something critically wrong with your server.

Who is your hosting provider, and what version of PHP are you running?

Is there any improvement if you switch to PHP 8.1.27?

Added: My hosting provider is 1-grid.com. I’ve been using them for years, the issue started End of Dec 2023, and the beginning of January 2024.

What is that sapp-wp-signon.php file?

That’s how link that appears after I do a fresh install from my hosting provider.

After I click here on a fresh install (https://prnt.sc/iE0Eki9XyXk5), I’m redirected to the WordPress site, and the link appears like that.

Ok, it looks like something is wrong with your hosting provider’s installer, so please remove that installation and try installing WordPress manually instead: https://developer.www.ads-software.com/advanced-administration/before-install/howto-install/

I had this problem also because the site was working on HTTP. It went away after I installed a Lets Encrypt certificate.

I have followed the WordPress manual installation process (I’ve also done it before).

It really seems like something is misconfigured with your server, because there’s nothing in WordPress itself that would create redirects on a fresh manual installation.

Have you contacted your hosting provider’s support about this?
