WordPress Front End Database

forgive me if this does not belong here but i have searched all other forums and on google and cannot find what I am looking for… I simply need to be pointed in the right direction…

okay, I need a database where logged in users can fill out fields, and submit to that database… I also need that database searchable and exportable on the front end as well for the logged in users.

example:

A logged in user can add a book TITLE THEME DESC AUTHOR and LINK to the database via submit form….

But I also need the users to be able to search the database for titles and return all results that match.

I need this to be 100% done on the front end (public site).

I cannot for the life of me find a plugin that will do all this… I can find backend ones… I can find contact forms, but none that allow search and display from users…

If anyone knows of a plugin or a resource link that can get me going, I would be VERY appreciative.
