• Hey everyone,

Hope you’re doing well. I recently added two domains and installed WordPress on each of them. However, out of my “current installations” I only see the two new urls. My first #1 ranked blog is identified with only a “/”. When I click ‘visit’ it takes me to a error code 500 internal server error, and I don’t want to click remove to try and reinstall in fear that all my content will be deleted. Do you think you can help me solve this issue?

    Thanks for your time.

  • So you have 3 domainnames?
    For example:
    https://www.myfirtsdomain.com
    https://www.myseconddomain.com
    https://www.athirddomain.com

Or are we looking at a different situation?
Please describe your situation more clearly.
Please give the urls and themes used for each install, so we can give the right advice.

Can you please elaborate on this issue

    Okay my bad,

After I click on Fantastico De Lux and I click WordPress under Blogs I can view my “Current Installations” right?

They look like this: (I have 4)

    catfishtheshow.com/(3.3.1)……………………Visit….Remove
    crazybusinessideas.net/(3.3.1)………………..Visit….Remove
    residualincomeformula.org/(3.3.1)……………..Visit….Remove
    / (3.3.1)…………………………………..Visit….Remove

    The fourth one SHOULD be:

    wholefoodsdirect.net/(3.3.1)………………….Visit….Remove

But it is not, and when I visit the site, I get the message I’m sure you will get if you visit wholefoodsdirect.net

Hopefully this cleared up any discrepancies. I honestly don’t know much more about the issue except that the website is now replaced with an error page.

The theme I use is absolum. except for the catfish website

Have you asked your hosting company? These sound like server/host issues.

    Hi ethgarr,

I’ve had a look at all the urls you’ve given, using a browser.
All of them show a working site in various stages of development.
    They all respond ‘normally’.

This suggests that your problem may be caused by ‘Fantastico De Lux’ or the webserver / webhost.

Fortunately -it seems- you probably can control your site using the traditional tools such as FTP [Filezilla] editors [Notepadd++] and ‘firebug’.

Check with your webhost if they can identify and solve / direct you towards a solution for Fantastico De Lux.
Meanwhile use the more traditional tools.
