WordPress hacked by pharma website.

I’m managing a site kupuhawaii.org, It was hacked, when you search kupuhawaii.org(my site) all the link is contain (viagra, cialis etc) then when you click the site it will redirect to [ link redacted ]

I hope you can help me with this problem.
