Looks it conflicts with WPBakery Visual Composer.

    Suggestions?

hb_burton – sorry to hear about your problems! Can you post your WordPress version and PHP version if you know it? Also, if you feel comfy, can you share the URL to your blog?

    WP 4.0
PHP? Not sure but hosting by HostGator.

The plugin works but I have to deactivate it to update by site and then activate.

    Thanks

hb_burton – Thanks for that info. I have two follow up questions:

    1. when you say you “have to deactivate it to update by site”, do you mean that you can’t edit posts on your site with the Decision Tree (DT) plugin enabled?

    2. you suspect that WPBakery Visual Composer is the problem. if you disable this plugin does DT work correctly? Obviously not a viable option, but good to know.

    thanks!

    Hello,

    You are welcome.

The answer to #1 is “yes’. To edit posts I first must deactivate DT to edit and then update the post. Once the post is updated then i re activate DT and everything works fine.

Also if I deactivate WPBakery I can leave DT activated and update posts. But that is really not a solution as I need the visual composer to make edits since I’m very much a rookie with Word Press.

I like your DT and I’m using the work around to manage the conflict between DT and WPBakery.

I appreciate any input you may have.

hb_burton – it sounds like WPBakery is causing a JavaScript error. This in turn causes our plugin to fail which is heavily JS dependent. I’m not sure what to say then! Also, since it’s been a while, let me know if there’s been any updates on your side.

hb_burton – I’m going to resolve this thread, but please let us know if you still have a problem – we’d love to help!
