WordPress has a built-in feature

I have had several emails from WordPress over the last few weeks saying, “WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email. In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Wordfence Security.”
There was no ‘fatal error’ at any time and I couldn’t find any other type of error.
The message seems to appear after I carry out maintenance on the website.
Has anyone else had this problem, please?
I have asked the host to investigate.
